In collaboration with Onassis ONX and NEW INC, black beyond presents avant-garde and new media sound artist Lamb. Our featured artist will unfold various dimensions of sound, improvisation, movement, and narrative-building.

To preface this XR performance, artist and writer Dani Brito will join Lamb in conversation to expand on their creative process, communal resistance, and sources of inspiration. This in-person event is an extension of black beyond’s exhibition assembly, alchemy, ascension at the Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Gallery at The New School. This event is free and open to the public to join.

Following this artist talk and performance, guests are welcome to join black beyond in an after party starting at 11 PM at NOWADAYS in Brooklyn. The party will feature DJ sets by performing sound artists E. Jane and chukwumaa aka SCRAAATCH, La Duni, Lamb, cry$cross, saliYah, and more. The after party is a ticketed event where proceeds will go towards supporting black beyond artists, future programming and exhibitions for its ecosystem.
